3D EPS TECHNOLOGY:

The technology involves using ready–made Expanded PolyStyrene form sandwiched between a galvanized steel wire mesh. EPS 3D wall panels are used to build both Structural and Non–structural walls.EPS 3D Slab / Floor panels are used to construct ribbed slabs. The materials reduces construction costs and construction periods by more than 30%. Cost savings are largely achieved through reduced labour costs as construction time is also reduced. EPS’s greatest advantage is it’s light–weight nature which translates to lesser structural dead weights, thereby resulting in reduced steel reinforcement and concrete requirements for structures. also speeds up the construction process and reduces the labour cost, ultimately making housing more affordable.
